About the event
Spend a day immersed in the world of sound, vibration, and deep listening.
This experiential workshop is designed for anyone who feels drawn to explore sound in a deeper way—whether for personal practice, meditation, relaxation, or simply curiosity about the power of sound.
Throughout the day, we will explore how sound can shift energy, quiet the mind, and create profound states of relaxation and awareness. You will experience sound both as a listener and a participant, with time to play and explore a variety of instruments in a supportive and welcoming space.
The day will begin with a guided sound bath, allowing you to settle into the experience and notice how sound moves through the body.
From there, we will move through a series of explorations including:
