Service Description
Back to Center is a calm and supportive Monday morning class created to help you begin the week feeling grounded, clear, and aligned. Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and guided awareness practices that help the body settle out of stress and the mind grow quiet. As the noise of the outside world softens, many people find it easier to reconnect with their inner rhythm and natural sense of balance. The intention of this class is not to push or perform, but to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with yourself. Many participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their intuition and inner guidance. A typical session may include gentle somatic movement to release physical tension, guided breathing practices to calm the nervous system, and short guided relaxation or hypnosis to help quiet the mind and bring the body into a deeper state of rest. This class is welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. No prior experience is needed. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and may bring a yoga mat, blanket, or water bottle if they wish. It is a simple but powerful way to return to yourself before stepping into the week ahead.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below: Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 100%. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.
