Experience a gentle yet powerful moving meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and energy. Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is an ancient wellness practice that combines slow intentional movement, breathwork, posture, and mindful awareness to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. This weekly class at Divine North is welcoming to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Movements are slow, accessible, and adaptable for many ability levels, making this a wonderful practice for those seeking stress relief, grounding, increased vitality, and a calm start to the day. Participants may experience: ✔️ Increased relaxation and mental clarity ✔️ Gentle movement and improved body awareness ✔️ Breath-centered mindfulness ✔️ A sense of grounding and energetic balance ✔️ Support for overall wellness and nervous system regulation Classes are designed to create a peaceful and supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and simply allow yourself time to reset and reconnect. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. No prior experience is necessary.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you do not show to your scheduled appointment time, or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy below: Canceling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Appointments made within the 24-hour period, that are canceled less than 4 hours prior to the reserved appointment time will be subject to a fee of 100%. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.
