Join Michelle for a gentle and grounding breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and create space for emotional healing.
Many of us spend our lives trying to understand our emotions rather than truly experience them. Through guided breathwork, you'll be invited to slow down, tune into your body, and explore what you're feeling with curiosity instead of judgment.
During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:

Breathwork helps us move out of our heads and back into our bodies, where deeper awareness, healing, and clarity can emerge.
Whether you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about breathwork, this workshop offers a gentle opportunity to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
